The rental price is:

€ 455,- per week in the off season with 65,- per extra night.

Should you want to stay less than a week, then the rental price is € 75,- per night. This is only possibly available in consultation with us.

€ 525,- per week in the high season with 75,- per extra night.

Should you want to stay less than a week, then the rental price is € 85,- per night. This is only possibly available in consultation with us.

Mandatory cleaning charges are at least €50 depending on how clean you leave it (any more will be taken from the deposit).

Should you require cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for (at least) €50 per time

 

We ask for a down payment/ reservation costs of or 200€ or 10 % of the rental price (whichever is higher) and a deposit of € 350 to be returned the latest 5 labor days after leaving the bungalow with everything in order.

Our High Season is aligned with the school vacations of the Netherlands and some school vacations of Spain.

Christmas holidays until 7 January;
February 10 to 25;
23 March to 10 April;
27 April to 12 May;
22 June to 31 August;
19 October to 3 November;
21 December to 5 January 2025;
15.2.2025 to 2.3.2025;
13.4.2025 to 4.5.2025;
1.7.2025 to 31.8.2025;
11.10.2025 to 26.10.2025;
20.12.2025 to 4.1.2026.

The bungalow is fully equipped with linen and everything you need to have a relaxed vacation.
